1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Phone Slides mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Phone Slides allows users to create, manage, and broadcast live presentations from a mobile device to any web-connected screen. The Service includes a mobile app (iOS/Android) and a web-based presentation viewer.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service (presentations, images, audio, video, text). By using the Service, you grant Phone Slides a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phone Slides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
